Update for April 20,25 and month of May

April 20th, 2015

This week was a busy one! We did some divisions, and visited a ward council in our zone. We had some extra meetings with the stake president to try and help the stake get better. We've been staying busy trying to make the zone better and help the missionaries progress within our zone. We've been continuing to have some good success in our area. The familes we're teaching are really progressing, and working towards another wedding and a few baptisms for next month so things are really looking up in our area which is awesome! Everything is going well in my area, I'm really happy here in Huancayo.  My area is great!

All is well, I hope yall have a good week this week! Elder Pincock

We had another busy week doing more divisions trying to help out the zone, and we've been super busy always. A really cool talk that I read this week is from the October conference from 2013 by Elder Richard J. Maynes

The Apostle Paul stated, “Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.”5 The race that is set before us on this earth is an endurance race filled with obstacles. The obstacles in this race are the challenges we wake up to each morning. We are here on earth to run the race, to exercise our moral agency, and to choose between right and wrong. In order to honorably and successfully finish the race and return to our Heavenly Father, we will need to pay the price of dedication, perseverance, and self-discipline. We need to get into spiritual shape. We need to develop spiritual stamina. We need strong testimonies that will lead to true conversion, and as a result we will find within ourselves the inner peace and strength needed to endure whatever challenges we may face.
So whatever challenges you wake up to each morning, remember—with the spiritual strength you develop, coupled with the Lord’s help, at the end of the race you will be able to enjoy the confidence that the Apostle Paul expressed when he said:
“For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
“Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day.”6
Are we in good spiritual shape, or when was the last time we worked out spiritually? Something for everybody to think about this week,
I love and miss you all tons and hope yall have a good week!  Elder Pincock

This week went by fast again and this week are the transfers. It looks like my companion might leave because he has a lot of time here, so I'll probably get a new companion this week so hopefully everything all works out great!

Things have been progressing well in our area the biggest struggle we're having is that our investigators aren't coming to church so that's what we're trying hardest with lately. We've recently found a lot of new people so we'll see what happens within these next couple weeks. Everything has been really chill lately, just every week goes by faster and faster.

I can't wait to talk to all you this week it'll be great! I hope yall have a good week and everything is going well with all of you! Love and miss y'all tons.

Well this week was super crazy! We had our leadership council all day Tuesday and we got to play some soccer which was fun.

We had some emergency transfers this week and my companion Elder Fitzgerald left to Tingo Maria which is way deep in the jungle, and my new companion is Elder Fernandez from Chile. He's also super awesome and I'm excited that he's my companion.

This week was a good one! We found some new investigadors and one of them is super awesome. His name is Juan and just moved here to Huancayo for this girl he wants to marry that's a member. They're living together and not married so we're going to help them get married here soon and he already wants to get baptized. We're actually going to help them move there stuff today and miss part of our P day but it's definitely worth it.
